At Wild Boar Fabrication we are committed to supplying quality automotive parts. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit (excluding shipping). Any Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Special-order or custom parts are non-returnable unless faulty.

A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned items.

Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged in transit please follow our below notes on how to return. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or credit—return shipping included.

Warranty Returns

Most parts are covered by a warranty period (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated).

Warranty claims apply only to manufacturing defects, not to wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, or modified parts.

If a part fails under warranty, you must contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue, we may request the part be returned for inspection, and if the claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or credit.

How to Return

To begin a return or warranty claim send us an email to info@wildboarfabrication.co.nz  with your details, invoice, photos and the reason for your claim.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions, and then send the item back to us.

Once we have received and inspected the item, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days from our date of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of error or fault).
