Policy

Scope of Delivery

We ship only within New Zealand, including both North and South Islands. Unfortunately, we do not deliver internationally at this time. Remote rural areas may incur additional delivery charges or extended timeframes.

 Order Processing & Despatch

Orders are processed within 1 business day once payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Carriers & Methods

Standard parcels (under ~25 kg) are sent via New Zealand Couriers (NZ Couriers) or NZ Post / Post Haste, depending on the destination and size.  

Larger or oversize parts may be shipped using freight services such as Straits,
Mainfreight or similar, and will be priced and arranged on a case-by-case basis.

 Shipping Rates & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight/volume, destination, and courier fees (urban vs rural).

 Delivery Times

In metro areas (e.g. Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch): deliveries typically arrive in 1–3 business days after despatch.

Provincial areas generally take 2–5 business days.

Rural deliveries may take 3–7 business days and may incur surcharges.

Note that delivery times are not guaranteed—they are “best‐effort” and may be affected by courier delays or weather.

 Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier name. You can monitor delivery via the courier’s portal.

 Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

 Damaged or Lost Items

Please inspect goods immediately on arrival. Report any lost or damaged parcels within 24–48 hours of delivery, with details of the damage and including photographic evidence. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 Order Amendments & Delivery Issues

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, resulting delays or returns may lead to additional shipping charges at the customer's expense.

At Wild Boar Fabrication we are committed to supplying quality automotive parts. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit (excluding shipping). Any Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Special-order or custom parts are non-returnable unless faulty.

A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned items.

Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility.

 Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged in transit please
follow our below notes on how to return. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or credit—return shipping included.

Warranty Returns

Most parts are covered by a warranty period (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated).

Warranty claims apply only to manufacturing defects, not to wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, or modified parts.

If a part fails under warranty, you must contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue, we may request the part be returned for inspection, and if the claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or credit.

 How to Return

To begin a return or warranty claim send us an email to info@wildboarfabrication.co.nz  with your details, invoice, photos
and the reason for your claim.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions, and then send the item back to us.

Once we have received and inspected the item, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days from our date of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of error or fault).

Warranty is 12 calendar months from the date of despatch from Wild Boar Fabrication and only covers replacement of the product, not installation – details included in the Terms and Conditions.

At Wild Boar we have priced all our items very competitively whether you just buy one or multiple items so there is no additional discount applied, just a great up-front price
